All our processes are ISO9001-2008 accredited and we use the superior performance and quality of a binary image replication to duplicate data. We then validate this process by using a verification process. We use the same verification processes that many of our peers use, but we frequently have to introduce an additional verification process that is unique and project specific. This is especially relevant when we are supporting protected content or when files are being hidden or protected from the user.
Please note that we do not copy files and we do not endorse the 'drag and drop' and 'cut and paste' methods – these simply don’t work for the majority of our clients!
We do however support all card types, all storage devices with a USB interface and we can also support preloads direct to handsets and just about anything with onboard storage.

Customisation can relate to many things but it really translates to how you want your product to look and perform. Cardwave offers the following customization services;
USB flash drives are more than a portable storage device; they have an intelligent flash controller on board which manages the interface between the flash drive and its host product. The controller is the key component on a flash drive, and unless you have privileged access to it, you will be limited with what you can do. Cardwave cannot support all controllers on the market, but we do have excellent relationships with the controller developers, original USB manufacturers, IP owners and specialist engineering companies that enables us to support your project.
If you have a requirement to configure the flash drive, or you want it preloaded with hidden files, second serial numbers or program asset tags than you should talk to us.
All USB customization services are client specific and are sometimes limited by the type of media being used. If you require these types of services then please check with us to ensure we can support your chosen media, unless you prefer a totally managed solution in which case we can supply the media.
Cardwave can also do wonderful things with SD cards. If you would like to support a custom CID, set your SD card to read-only or if you would like to read the unique serial number, then we can help.
Cardwave offers a comprehensive rework service for preloaded memory cards and devices that enables our customers to manage their stocks efficiently and react quickly to changes in fast moving, or slow moving product lines.
The service can also be applied to distributors and retailers who may want to change a particular version of software or change the packaging to help with sell-through.
